Company: burfordcap

Burford Capital is the leading global finance and asset management firm focused on law. Its businesses include litigation finance and risk management, asset recovery and a wide range of legal finance and advisory activities. Burford is publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: BUR) and the London Stock Exchange (LSE: BUR), and it works with companies and law firms around the world from its principal offices in New York, London, Chicago, Washington, Singapore, Sydney, Hong Kong and Dubai.

We are looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on—a leader who can set the vision, build the roadmap, and roll up their sleeves to execute. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in financial services or fintech and understand how to market complex solutions to sophisticated executive audiences (e.g., CFOs, general counsel, law firm partners, investment professionals) across long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

This individual will collaborate closely with regional marketing leads, the communications team, and business development and underwriting to activate digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and commercial impact.

The role will report to Chief Marketing Officer and be based in Burford’s New York office.

The base compensation range for this role is $190,000 - $225,000 depending on experience. Burford also pays a discretionary annual bonus and provides welcome and annual RSUs to all full-time employees.
